I am Heather Irene.
I am a Mumma Bear, an idealist, truth seeker, change maker,soul sister, radiant living and body love coach, nature lover, community builder, forever student and rule breaker! Like everyone else, I've had wounds and scars that have shaped my identity, making me question my beauty, capacity, worth, value, sanity and place in this world.
I carried conscious and subconscious baggage that created despair, anxiety, inner hatred and an inability to face my demons no matter how destructive they were to me, or to my family for 30 years of my life.
The lies that trauma created were so believable that I easily slipped into numbing myself with emotional eating, binge drinking, body shaming, spiteful behaviour and rendered me unable to be raw or vulnerable with myself or anyone else for fear of “falling apart.” I felt unworthy, de-valued, exhausted, uninspired, unsupported; and was a perfectionist & a control freak.
I could barely look at myself in the mirror..

Redefining My Story: From Disconnected to Glowing Greatness
My life changed drastically 12 years ago, when I prayed to the Universe for “something more,’
...and my mentor appeared soon after- all in divine timing...
Needless to say, she's one of the most important people in my life- guiding me to gentle, yet powerful awarenesses about my past AND future!
Able to forgive myself, my trespassers, my body, my perceived flaws and learning profound rituals of love to embrace my uniqueness in every area of life.
I’ve continued working with her ever since, and the evolving, continuing transformation has been priceless...
Looking for strength, worth and validation FROM WITHIN has been a powerful journey of self love, connection and liberation and has allowed me to re-invent my story, confidence and image!
I can now say I love myself, have deeper, authentic connections with my friends and family,can appreciate my unique beauty and body and can speak with love, honesty and integrity in a way that I never imagined possible.
Breaking the cycle of wounding allowed me to teach my children at a very young age to be confident in their uniqueness, their voice and know the power of loving their body.
Reconnecting to myself with love, honour and acceptance has ignited a massive fire to share with others so they may also rise into their gorgeous, glowing greatness.
Throughout my journey, I have noticed most women can't meet their own emotional needs, feel disconnected to their power, energy, beauty and desires because of social & conditioning.
So,my life's purpose is to hold sacred space as they give themselves permission to become aware of deeply embedded beliefs, behaviors and thoughts that keep them struggling or stuck in the hamster wheel.
